What you'll do
You'll hear two recordings of the same phone call between a customer and a customer-service agent, each about long. You don't take part in the call, you just listen.
The words are the same in both recordings; only the voices differ. Listen to both all the way through, then answer the questions below them: one about the call, and which recording sounded better.
Please use headphones or speakers and set a comfortable volume. No microphone is needed.
